James and NaDo were both great renters treating the van with respect and leaving in clean condition. Not only emptying the toilet cassette and water but filling up. James was a careful driver from my "trial" so had every trust in him when driving. Would certainly rent to them again and hope they will return for another trip in the South West.

Overall the rental process was pretty good, but there's a few box ticking exercises to go through. The ad was clear and honest.
