Handig, snel & praktisch

We had a fantastic experience! The van is supermodern en everything is available to be completely independent in travel mode. Pino & Victor are also amazing people. Extremely friendly, always available and helpfull via whatsapp if you have any issue whatsoever. They also made our trip unique because they arranged all our camping permits beforehand for us for the special locations we wanted to visit: it would have been very time-consuming for us to arrange this on the spot (on the spot was the only possibility for tourists). So a superbig thanks to Pino & Victor! We hope to come back in the future to make use of their fantastic van, and can definitely recommend!

Estaba todo maravilloso. Jose Antonio es super amable y correcto, nos querria ayudar en todo... La furgoneta estaba superlimpia, tenia todo lo que decia y mas, conducia superbien,...Hemos disfrutado muchisimo de este viaje y nos ha hecho muy bien tambien sentir la confianza y la buena voluntad de Jose Antonino.

Eric was super friendly and answered all my questions. He helped me to find locations where i could fill up tha water tanks. The pick-up and drop-off was at the airport which was very nice of him.The van was perfect! It got me anywhere on the Island, on all the bumpy and unpaved roads.I´ve had a really great time, thanks to Eric and his van.

Nadía a été aux petits soins avec nous, très attentionnée, disponible et réactive au moindre soucis, un excellent contact. Le véhicule été agréable pour un couple et un enfant de 6 ans, nous avons pu faire le tour de l'île, et accéder assez facilement partout.

It was a very nice and positive first experience for us. Ivan is very enthusiastic and deliveres a very nice camper. A small point is the communication. He only speaks Spanish. But no problem for chatgpt.

Prima ! vlot en correct, mijn oldtimer caravan werd gebruikt voor een fotoshoot voor kinderkledij. Het was een leuke ervaring om eens in die setting te vertoeven.

de verhuur is erg vlot verlopen, aangezien de verhuurder geen engels kon was zijn nonkel er om te vertalen, we zijn zeer tevreden over het verloop

Our holiday was as smooth as it could be, thanks to the help of Joao. He showed us some nice places, offered us help and was very correct with the deposit and rent. The car was well maintained and all the camping equipment was as good as new. 10/10 we would recommend!

Guanchor was the kindest person we met on the island! We loved his van, and his personality. He was really kind to us, he gave us all the needed information and we could call/text him whenever there was anything we wanted to ask! His van was perfect. the right size, big enough to sleep/live in it, and conformable 'small' enough to easy find parking, do a lil 'off road' and get on the ferry-boats. The van also included oil for cooking, toilet paper, Peper&salt,.... all the basics you need and don't want to buy in another country when you're taking the plane. It was very comfortable to travel with the van for more than a few days, we actually now want a van ourself because of this one :). If you're doubting on choosing which car, I would definitely recommend you this van from guanchor, just because it feels like your home on wheels! Don't go for the 'top best owner' just because of the title. Guanchor didn't had any reviews before us, was cheaper then the others, and im convinced we were better off with this van than any other van on this platform! +1000 points for being the kindest warm-hearted person we met on the island! :) we would definitely hire this van again.

De motor olie was leeg, dus moest ik naar de garage. De gas was leeg dus moest ik op zoek naar een fles gas. De wagen was vuil bij ontvangst. De kraan voor het water werkte niet. Er lagen drugs in de wagen, er lagen nog persoonlijke documenten in de wagen van de vorige huurder, de matras stonk. Veel negatieve punten voor een dure huurwagen!!!

Het contact met Laurent en Fanny verliep heel vlot en vriendelijk, ze waren heel flexibel om het ophalen en afzetten op een zo gepast mogelijk moment te laten doorgaan. Laurent toonde ons de van heel goed en uitgebreid en beantwoordde de vragen die we hadden. Wij beleefden een superleuke vakantie met deze van, die aan al onze noden voldeed!

Adan is heel vriendelijk en legt alles goed uit. Hij is heel flexibel met het afleveren en invleveren van de camper. Echt een aanrader!

We hadden mooie eerste campervan ervaring met de toffe van van Christel. De van was heel gezellig en uiterst praktisch ingericht, zowel esthetisch als efficiënt in gebruik. Alles wat nodig was, was aanwezig en de van was heel proper.De communicatie met Christel zowel voor als tijdens de trip was vlot, betrokken en behulpzaam. Wat een fijne mens! Na de laatste nacht hadden we problemen met de batterij. Christel was bereikbaar en het probleem was snel opgeklaard, mede door de vlotte contacten met de bijstand van Yescapa. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Verhuur verliep vlot. Luis is super vriendelijk, hij legde ons alles tot in de puntjes uit voor we vertrokken en we hebben nergens problemen mee gehad
