Horrible, nunca alquiles tu autocaravana a estas chicas, me han roto muchas cosas, la cerradura de entrada de la autocaravana, la instalación de la TV, usaron el toldo y desmontaron piezas que dejaron en cualquier lugar y otras las perdieron.  Me entregaron todo con nivel de suciedad que no había visto jamás. Había quedado en mi casa el día de regreso para llevarlas al aeropuerto y me dijeron que ni hablar, entonces quedé con ellas en el aeropuerto y cuando llegué habían abandonado la autocaravana en el aeropuerto sin estar ellas allí y estaban llamando a seguridad y a la policía porque habían estacionado la autocaravana en la zona de autobuses que recogen a clientes para llevar a los hoteles. La peor experiencia que he tenido, los gastos han superado a los beneficios y para colmo solo les cogí 50e del depósito en lugar de todo ... porque cuando se marcharon vi todo lo demás que habían roto, ya que ahí en el aeropuerto no podía quedarme. Un fraude y una decepción

The purpose of this review is to express  our dissatisfaction over the quality of service from the owner of the campervan and the poor condition of the camprevan itself.

Firstly the campervan's owner Silvia greeted us at the airport and showed us through the vehicle. When showing us around she left the broken door for last. She was showing us all the tips and tricks how to open a already broken latch on the door at the back.

The second day of our holiday the key didn't open properly and we could feel it's not functioning as it should. Therefore during our holiday we had to go through the front drivers seat to reach the back which was incredibly uncomfortable especially  because I was 7 months pregnant. This started to be unbearable so we very gently tried opening it again and the latch broke, it was visible that it was a matter of time this would happen as it was very stiff when she showed us already.

As a result we ended up paying something that was already broken. On top of this, when we returned the campervan, only 15 minutes earlier Silvia sent us a txt that she is Covid positive since 4 days ago and she didn't bother to tell us. We told her that we don't want to be in direct contact with her, as it is too dangerous with my state and asked her if someone else could take over the return. Of course because she told us this too late and we were catching a flight she ended up coming herself furious that we didn't want to meet her at her home. She was incredibly rude, started pointing out damage we absolutely did not do, saying hurtful remarks and started yelling at us.

We must admit we have never had such a bad experience, we are quite dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend hiring with Silvia.
