And because all our campers can fast charge, you can go another 200 kilometers after just 30 minutes of charging! Practical Information - LEAVV Campers

• Once you've made a booking, you'll receive comprehensive information and instructions about our camper and how to prepare for your road trip, including an extensive instructional video that you can always refer back to later!

• If you ever need more assistance or advice later on, we're available before, during, and after your trip via our phone center, emergency center, or simply through WhatsApp. You can also check out the instructions on our website: https://leavv.com/huurderinstructies-leavv-elektrische-camper/

• If you choose to get the LEAVV charging cards, you'll receive three different cards during your road trip so you can charge anywhere. The cost of using the charging cards is a one-time fee of €9.50 to cover the acquisition and monthly fees of the cards. Charging costs are determined afterward based on the kilometers driven. Because charging costs vary significantly by country, provider, and charging station, and these charges are often debited from our account months after a charging session, we use an average price of €0.21 per kilometer driven. This amount is settled afterward.

• At LEAVV, we want to give you the freedom to enjoy your adventure. So, we've considered that you're allowed 2,500 free kilometers. We've noticed that most of our renters don't exceed this limit. However, if you do travel more kilometers than the included distance, we charge a fee of €0.20 per extra kilometer to account for increased maintenance costs, insurance costs, and depreciation of the e-camper. This fee is settled afterward with the deposit.

• There are some additional products you can rent to make your trip even more convenient. We'll contact you about these options.

• Please note that not all LEAVV locations allow you to leave your car or pick it up, and opening hours may vary.

Practical Information - Pickup Location:

• You will pick up the camper from Monique and Johan at Go Spain Campers.

• Opening hours for pickup and return: Monday through Sunday 09:00 - 23:00.

• Airport shuttle: Available upon request.

• Overnight stay included/possible: Available upon request (highly recommended for late arrivals or early departures).
