Verzekering
Fully comp insurance ( driver must be between 24- 75 years of age with valid UK manual transmission licence with a minimum of 2 years experience and no more than 2 x 3 points. ) and breakdown cover included. We require 2 forms of ID with address, copies of your driver's licence (Front and back) and a DVLA check code prior to hire. The licence must not exceed 6 points ( 2 x 3 points) All drivers must be present and produce photo card licence plus DVLA Licence Summary before hire can commence. If both parts cannot be produced, then the vehicle will not be hired out. For drivers aged between 21 – 24 & 76 – 79, there is an additional fee of £5 per day, plus any costs that our insurers impose, including an increase of XS/deposit charge. Details of additional drivers required in advance. Drivers are personally liable for all legal penalties (e.g.: speeding fine, parking fine etc) which incurred during the period of hire. All such fines/penalties will be passed onto the hirer and are in no way the responsibility of StayGo Campervan Hire. The hirer and any additional drivers must provide a photo driver’s license and two separate forms of ID with proof of address. Two of the following are required, Utility bill, Bank statement, mortgage statement, Council Tax bill. The proof of address documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire start date and must be your current address. Failure to do so will result in the campervan not being released for hire. StayGo Campervan Hire reserves the right to take and hold copies of these documents. If additional proof of address documents or photo identity is not produced, then the campervan will not be released, and the full cost of hire will be forfeited. StayGo Campervan Hire will not let out on hire to or be driven by: – A) Persons who have been convicted of an offence in connection with the driving of a motor vehicle or motorcycle and/or have had their driving licence endorsed or suspended or more than 6 penalty points imposed. “Spent” convictions, covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 may be disregarded. B) Persons who have had their insurance declined and/or renewal refused and/or special insurance terms imposed as a result of claims experience and/or have had their insurance or cover cancelled by any Motor Insurer. C) Persons engaged wholly or partly in professional entertainment or professional sports persons. D) Jockeys and persons connected with racing, gaming industry or press of any sort. E) Persons who have any mental or physical defect or infirmity or suffers fits, diabetes or any heart complaint. G) Foreign Service Personnel other than persons holding a full UK/EU licence for two years or more. The insured vehicle(s) shall be driven only by the Hirer or other permitted driver(s) who has completed and signed a rental agreement (by each hirer or other permitted driver). The rental agreement must be fully completed by the Hirer or other permitted driver in all respects. The Insured vehicle shall not be used for the carriage of goods of an explosive nature (except of gas cylinder), dangerous or hazardous nature, or for the carriage of goods or passengers for hire and reward. The campervan will be available for collection from 11am on the day of commencement of hire. Please allow up to an hour for collection to enable us to complete all necessary paperwork and to demonstrate how to use all the features of the campervan. The campervan must be returned by 3pm on the final day of hire or by prior arrangement. Alternative times for collection and return may be possible on request. Fees may apply.

Pechhulp
Als het voertuig geïmmobiliseerd is na pech of een incident, ben je gedekt door de pechhulp en verzekering van de verhuurder. Via een speciaal telefoonnummer kan je contact opnemen met de pechhulp en word je geïnformeerd over de te nemen stappen.

Beveiligde betaling
Wanneer je op Yescapa betaalt, wordt de vergoeding voor de eigenaar van het voertuig bewaard in een unieke en beveiligde portefeuille tot de dag na je vertrek. Dus geen onaangename verrassingen, de eigenaar verwelkomt je op de dag van vertrek om je eerste stappen met zijn voertuig voor te bereiden. De eigenaar ontvangt zijn vergoeding nadat je goed en wel bent kunnen vertrekken met het voertuig.

Als je de huur niet kunt starten vanwege een defect aan je voertuig of eigenaargerelateerde redenen, helpt ons team om een ander voertuig te zoeken voor jouw reis of krijg je een volledige terugbetaling.
