Info:

The security deposit must be paid up to 7 days before check-in by bank transfer (if the reservation is made less than 7 days before check-in, the security deposit will be transferred within 24 hours). If the renter fails to pay the security deposit within the stipulated period, a late payment penalty of €50 per day will be charged. The security deposit is returned upon check-out if no damage is found, and 50% of the security deposit will be retained for 15 days to confirm any other damages that cannot be immediately verified (such as inflatable equipment), tolls/SCUTs, or fines. After these 15 days, the security deposit will also be returned if all damages, tolls, SCUTs, or fines are found (as verified at the time).

On the day of check-in, the renter must present the original driving license, valid at least until the end of the trip. If not presented, the rental will not be accepted.

If the owner has to wait more than 30 minutes past the agreed check-in time due to delay or missing documentation from the renter, a late fee of €50 will be charged.

If toll roads are used, a €15 activation fee for the “Via Verde” service will be charged, in addition to the respective SCUTs and tolls.

In the event of any damage, the cost of a new replacement device (if it is a material item) or the repair estimate for such damage (if it is mechanical and/or electrical) will be charged, plus 100% of this amount as compensation for the forced immobilization of the vehicle for an indefinite period until the repair is completed, as well as for travel to the experts. In the case of damage to portable equipment, compensation will cover the loss of value of the extras in subsequent bookings until the new equipment arrives. If the damage affects the next booking with the following client (whether through Yescapa or outside of it) and this booking has to be cancelled, a fee will be charged (a minimum amount of €500 for cancelled bookings up to that value; for cancelled bookings of a higher amount, the full value of the cancelled booking will be charged), plus the total cost of the damage, plus €50 for travel to the experts, in order to cover the loss caused by the immobilization of the vehicle, the travel to the experts, and the cancellation of the subsequent booking.

If it is found that the vehicle is being used under prohibited conditions, such as: carrying more people than allowed in the vehicle (2), traveling abroad, or transporting animals, a fine of €500 will be charged.

If the vehicle is returned in very poor cleaning condition or with tanks not emptied/filled, a €50 fine will be applied. If the fuel tank is not refilled, the cost of a full tank will be charged plus an additional €50 fee.
