🧼 Check-in / Check-out Conditions

The motorhome is delivered clean, disinfected, with:

• Full fresh water tank

• Empty grey water tank

• Clean and empty toilet cassette

• Full fuel tank

Return must be in the same condition. Fees apply in case of non-compliance:

• Unclean toilet cassette: 50€

• Grey water not emptied: 15€

• Empty fresh water tank: 5€

• Interior cleaning: 80€

• Exterior cleaning: 15€

• Fuel not full: cost of refill + 20€

• Smoking: 100€ + damages

• Pets: 100€ + damages

⚠️ Liability & Terms

The renter is fully responsible for correct use of all equipment. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow instructions will be charged to the renter. All information is accepted upon booking.

⚠️ Renter Responsibilities (Complementary safeguard clause)

The motorhome is delivered in perfect working condition, following a detailed explanation during check,in.

The renter declares that they understand and accept full responsibility for the correct use of all equipment, including but not limited to the electric step, awning, roof vents, windows, doors, locks and all exterior and interior systems.

Any damage resulting from incorrect use, negligence, forgetfulness or failure to comply with the instructions provided shall be fully charged to the renter, in accordance with the contract and applicable legislation.

In the event of an accident, incident or police intervention, the renter is obliged to immediately contact Yescapa and the competent authorities, refraining from resolving the situation through informal means or direct agreements with third parties.

To ensure the proper functioning of the motorhome and the safety of the trip, any intervention or attempt at repair, including but not limited to windows, locks, tyres, electrical systems, gas, boiler, interior equipment, accessories or mechanical elements, requires prior written authorisation from the owner.

If the renter makes decisions, takes actions or allows interventions without such express authorisation, all resulting consequences, damages or malfunctions shall be entirely their responsibility, including repair, replacement, travel or assistance costs.

Whenever any anomaly, doubt or unforeseen situation occurs during the rental period, the renter must immediately contact the owner through the provided channels.

This clause also applies to situations in which, for any reason, Yescapa is unable to intervene or does not cover the incident in question.

🔧 TYRE CLAUSE

⚠️ Tyres – Renter’s Responsibility

The motorhome is delivered to the renter with tyres in good condition, properly inflated and compliant with all applicable legal standards, a fact that is verified and accepted at check-in.

In accordance with Yescapa’s General Terms and Conditions, and for the sake of full transparency, the following is stated:

In the event of a puncture, blowout, sidewall cut, structural damage or any other tyre damage occurring during the rental period, the renter assumes full responsibility.

Whenever, for road safety reasons, replacement of the damaged tyre is required, and when replacement of the tyre on the same axle is necessary, the renter agrees to bear 75% of the total cost of both tyres on the affected axle, in accordance with safety practices and applicable Yescapa clauses.

This responsibility applies regardless of the cause of the damage, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect, which must be technically demonstrated.

The renter undertakes to:

Inform the owner immediately of the incident Not replace tyres without prior authorisation from the owner, except in duly proven emergency situations

The corresponding amount may be:

Deducted from the security deposit Or charged afterwards, upon presentation of an invoice or proof of the actual replacement cost

🔐 Contractual Acceptance

All the above information is clearly stated in the listing prior to booking and is deemed expressly accepted by the renter upon confirmation of the reservation, under the contract concluded via the Yescapa platform.

❄️ Note on the Fridge and Freezer

Ideal operation when connected to 220V (the freezer produces ice).

In autonomous mode (gas or 12V), cooling performance is lower and the freezer does not produce ice.
