Verzekering
Insurance coverage /All risk with excess 900€/ is provided for the rental period; however, it is essential to adhere to the rules and the traffic regulations. The client takes responsibility for their own damages even if they exceed the deposit amount not covered by insurance. If the damages are less than the excess, estimates from car repair shops will be obtained and acted upon accordingly. The choice of repair shop will be made by the owner. Familiarize yourself with the guidelines, including the motorhome manuals that will be provided from the owner. Not adhering to the guidelines may lead to incidents not being covered by insurance.

Pechhulp
Als het voertuig geïmmobiliseerd is na pech of een incident, ben je gedekt door de pechhulp en verzekering van de verhuurder. Via een speciaal telefoonnummer kan je contact opnemen met de pechhulp en word je geïnformeerd over de te nemen stappen.

Beveiligde betaling
Wanneer je op config.brand betaalt, wordt de vergoeding voor de eigenaar van het voertuig bewaard in een unieke en beveiligde portefeuille tot de dag na je vertrek. Dus geen onaangename verrassingen, de eigenaar verwelkomt je op de dag van vertrek om je eerste stappen met zijn voertuig voor te bereiden. De eigenaar ontvangt zijn vergoeding nadat je goed en wel bent kunnen vertrekken met het voertuig.

Vertrekgarantie
Als je de huur niet kunt starten vanwege een defect aan je voertuig of eigenaargerelateerde redenen, helpt ons team om een ander voertuig te zoeken voor jouw reis of krijg je een volledige terugbetaling.

Our 2024 Benimar Tessoro 463 motorhome comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Best of all, you need only a B category driver’s license (regular car license) to drive it! It comes equipped with an automatic gearbox, touch screen display (Apple CarPlay) with a rear-view camera.

Stay connected with onboard WIFI We know that it can be challenging when there are places in the Canary Islands with no coverage. That’s why we have added a completely independent Starlink internet connection to our motorhome.

No Hidden Costs! Our pricing includes unlimited kilometers, bed sheets, towels, dishes, internet access, outdoor furniture (4 chairs and a table) and more.

You can freely move with the motorhome between the Canary Islands, but the starting and ending point must be Gran Canaria. However, please note that you are not allowed to travel to mainland Spain or other countries.

Requirements for the driver: at least 25 years old, with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a category B license.

No need to worry about organizing your motorhome trip. We are here to assist you every step of the way. Let us guide you in discovering the best places to visit in Gran Canaria with our campervan.
