✅ Check-in and check-out at El Médano (3:00 PM / 12:00 PM)

🧼 Cleaning is not included in the base rate.

Includes: interior cleaning, washing bed linens and towels, washing dishes, refilling water tank, check-in at San Isidro instead of El Médano (must be requested at booking).

💳 Security deposit

€500 via bank transfer before arrival

Refundable if the vehicle is returned in good condition

In case of damage, refund will be delayed until repair estimate is available

🕒 Hours and rates

Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM (El Médano)

Early check-in / late check-out: €10/hour (subject to availability)

From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM there is an additional cost of €30 (early check-in / late check-out)

Arrival more than 15 minutes late without notice: €20 fee Delay over 1 hour may result in an extra night charge

🧽 Return conditions

The camper must be returned in the same condition. If returned dirty, with the toilet not emptied, or without contracted cleaning service, a fee between €50 and €150 will apply.
